Chairman
He is a retired senior Indian Police Services (IPS) officer from
the 1987 batch, Gujarat cadre, who has served in various positions
including Additional Director of the Central Bureau of
Investigation (CBI). He has held several positions of distinction
and important responsibilities and has a remarkable record of
service. He has been honoured with the President's Police Medal
for Distinguished Service and awarded the Indian Police Medal for
Meritorious Service.
With over 34 years of expertise, he has held a pivotal role in
investigations of bank and security fraud cases and also played an
important advisory role in stressed asset management. He has
attained specialisation in restructuring, management, and recovery
of distressed assets. His acumen in strategy and planning serves
as a guiding force for the organisation and helps in formulating
optimal future action plans.
He also lends his expertise in engaging with law enforcement
agencies, adeptly addressing jurisdictional issues and overcoming
roadblocks to expedite ongoing matters within the organisation.
His extensive experience includes effectively managing public
order and contributing to decision-making on vigilance and policy
matters. He is currently handling and demonstrating a profound
interest and active involvement in the real estate sector, which
is the second-largest economy in India.

With over 25 years of extensive and diverse experience, she has
worked in real estate, project management, marketing
communication, and brand and business development. She has
consistently demonstrated success in formulating strategies for
brand launches and establishing a strong market presence, along
with creating aspirational brand images post-launch.
She is strong in innovation, having pioneered the concept of
in-film movie tie-ups at India's leading telecom operator,
Airtel—a concept that was subsequently adopted by others within
and beyond the industry. Additionally, she has established an
international initiative that fosters innovation in the telecom
sector among youth and has several other groundbreaking
initiatives to her credit.
In recent years, her focus and involvement have been in the real
estate sector. Notably, she played a key role in securing the
Indirapuram Habitat Centre project, a distinctive venture
encompassing socio-cultural, recreational, and commercial aspects,
spanning an expansive area of more than 2 million square feet.
